Refund Policy

This page summarises how cancellations, amendments and refunds work. The full position is set out in the Soca Wkndr Terms & Conditions, which apply to every booking.

Deposits

All deposits are non refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

Cancellations and amendments by you

Email hello@socawkndr.com as soon as you need to cancel or amend a booking.

Each amendment may incur a £25 administration fee.

Where you cancel without valid ticket refund protection, amounts already paid will normally be forfeited.

Where ticket refund protection has been purchased, any claim must be made directly with the provider, under that provider's terms. Where TicketPlan is the provider, claims should be submitted through the process TicketPlan specifies, including refunds@ticketplangroup.com where appropriate.

Soca Wkndr does not decide whether a refund-protection claim is accepted. Refund protection is normally purchased at the time of booking and cannot ordinarily be added later.

Transfers

Tickets, passes and bookings may not be commercially resold without prior written permission.

Where a transfer to another person is permitted, an administration fee may apply. The replacement attendee must meet the same terms and admission requirements.

If you do not attend

Failure to attend, arriving too late for admission, or leaving voluntarily does not create an entitlement to a refund. The unused value is normally forfeited. If you bought ticket refund protection, contact that provider about a claim.

If Soca Wkndr changes or cancels an event

Minor changes, such as a comparable venue, theme, performers, running order or event times, do not normally create a refund.

A significant change may include a substantial change to the advertised destination or the principal dates.

Where Soca Wkndr voluntarily cancels an event for reasons that are not force majeure, customers will normally be offered either a refund of the affected booking or a transfer to the replacement event or rescheduled date.

Force majeure

Where a Wkndr is cancelled, postponed, relocated, interrupted or materially affected by a force majeure event, no monetary refund will be issued except where the law requires one.

The value paid toward the affected booking is recognised as a Soca Wkndr voucher or account credit of equivalent value, valid for 24 months unless stated otherwise when issued. That credit covers the Soca Wkndr booking. It does not cover flights, hotels or other arrangements you bought yourself.

The full terms

Read the complete Terms & Conditions before you book. If this summary and the terms ever differ, the terms prevail.
