Soca Wkndr is Europe's leading destination Soca weekender brand, offering Caribbean music, culture, travel, beach parties, pool parties, J'Ouvert-style events, world-class DJs, and destination holidays across the globe.
A Full Fete Pass typically includes access to all Soca Wkndr events across the weekend. Beach parties, pool parties, themed events, and J'Ouvert-style experiences. Specific inclusions vary by destination and are listed on each destination page.
Flights are not included in your Full Fete Pass. We provide travel guidance including recommended airports, arrival dates, and local transfer options. You are responsible for booking your own flights.
Accommodation is not always included in the Full Fete Pass. We recommend staying close to the event hub for each destination. Full guidance is provided in your booking confirmation and pre-travel information pack.
Yes. Most destinations offer a deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance payable in instalments before the event. Payment schedules are shown at checkout on Eventcube.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please review our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before booking.
Name changes may be possible subject to availability and a £25 administration fee. Email hello@socawkndr.com with your booking reference and requested change.
If the full balance is not paid by the due date, your booking may be treated as cancelled and a £50 cancellation charge may apply. Contact us immediately if you anticipate any payment issues.
Yes. Group bookings are welcome. Contact hello@socawkndr.com with your group size and preferred destination for tailored support.
Soca Wkndr events are for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID may be required at entry to events and venues.
Absolutely. Many of our guests travel solo and quickly find their people on the ground. Soca Wkndr is built around community. You arrive as a guest and leave with a family.
J'Ouvert is a Caribbean street-party tradition. Paint, powder, music, and pure energy before the main events kick off. It's one of the most iconic parts of the Soca Wkndr experience. Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy.
Think festival-ready: colourful day fits for beach and pool parties, swimwear, comfortable shoes for dancing, and something white or bright for themed nights. For J'Ouvert, bring clothes you can throw away afterwards.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. You are responsible for checking entry requirements before you travel. We provide general travel guidance in your pre-event information pack.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings. Soca Wkndr is not liable for losses caused by third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.

In exceptional circumstances, Soca Wkndr may change, reschedule, or cancel events. Affected guests will be notified as early as possible and offered appropriate alternatives or refunds as applicable.
