What is included in my Wkndr Premium Pass?
Your pass includes access to all Soca Wkndr Santorini events, the excursion, a Premium Gift, event transfers, airport transfer and the Thursday Welcome Dinner. Flights and accommodation are booked separately.
Do I need to book my own accommodation?
Yes. Accommodation is not included in the Wkndr Premium Pass. Use the recommended accommodation section above and, wherever possible, stay in or around Fira so you are positioned close to the planned guest and transfer hub.
Are event transfers included?
Yes. Event transfers are included in the Premium Pass. Exact pick-up points and operating times will be provided in the guest travel guide. Staying in the recommended area will make the transfer plan easier.
Is the airport transfer included?
Yes. The Premium Pass includes airport transfer in Santorini. Guests will receive instructions for submitting arrival and departure details and the applicable transfer windows before travel.
Which flight should I book?
London guests have the recommended easyJet service shown above. For other cities, aim to reach JTR on Thursday 8 April around the 12:00–14:30 arrival wave where practical. US guests should expect to depart on Wednesday 7 April and connect once in Europe.
When should I arrive and leave?
Plan to be in Santorini on Thursday 8 April in time for the Welcome Dinner. Monday 12 April is departure day. Where possible, choose flights that fall within the published airport-transfer windows once those are confirmed.
Are flights included?
No. Guests book their own flights. The flight section exists to help the group arrive at similar times and make the airport-transfer operation clearer.
Will exact venues and timings be announced?
Yes. The itinerary above shows the event format. Exact venues, event times, collection points and any dress themes can be released in stages and then consolidated into the final Guest Essentials guide.
